On printing Lanbiao adopts the advanced digital print technology which makes the print details more clear and accurate. Digital print process without water, coal, steam is environmental friendly. We can make fast response to brand garment customers, our strike-off lead time 3-4days, our yardages lead time 4-5days. Bulk lead time 5-7days. With low develop cost running we can create 1000PCS new designs per year, maily beach style, surf style, camouflage uniform style, challange-limit style, nature scenery style and so on. We can accept those personalized and small orders of international brands.
On inspecting Lanbiao instructs every production step of every meter and make tests of each step. We input the qualified ingreige into the dying workshops. Color with color assessment cabinet, color fastness with color fastness tester, Shrinkage test with steam shrinakge tester, finished fabric surface with fabric rolling inspecter, fabric weight with fabric weight tester. Finally we make the AATCC test report and the SGS test report to our customers.
